My name is Victoria and I can help you live the life you want to live. I aim to build a therapeutic relationship that feels safe and supportive. Everybody is different and has different needs. I draw on my experience and adapt my approach to what works best for you, always with the utmost respect and empathy.

I have specialised in trauma and the management of anxiety. I am very creative, and I use this skill with EMDR to help my clients find a sense of safety, and grow to their maximum potential. My clients feel safer, more resourceful, and creative, improve their coping strategies and lead a fuller life.

As a practising artist with an MA in Fine Art, I have mentored many artists, individually and in groups since 1997. I am a trained yoga teacher. Both enable me to work creatively to help clients deepen the connections between their emotions, body, and mind.
I am experienced (about 33 years) in the 12 steps in its wide spectrum. I have over 12 years of experience supporting people to recover from addictive behaviours, including food, love and sex addiction, codependency, and money issues. And I have worked one to one, in treatment centres and prisons supporting addicts, alcoholics and their families.
I also have 5 years of experience working internationally specialising in online counselling and I am a qualified Life/Wellness coach.
I have a regular yoga practice, and trained as a yoga teacher, in Rishikesh, India in 2012. All of this experience, informs and enriches my counselling practice, which I look forward to putting to your service to support you in your unique path. I look forward to meeting you.

SESSION FEE
My in-person fees range from £70 to £90 per session dependent on time and location. My online fees are £70 per hour for short-term or open-ended. I, also, offer Single Session Therapy for £150 for 90 minutes.
